Loyalty Zone provides a digital loyalty card platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and distribute digital loyalty cards compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 14 days notice

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loyalty Zone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
